Transformative Group Sadhu Sessions for Wellness Seekers

Updated: Sep 6

There is something powerful about coming together : not to talk, compete, or be entertained, but to simply be present. In a group Sadhu session, strangers, friends, or colleagues gather for a rare shared experience: standing on nails, breathing into discomfort, and witnessing their own strength in the presence of others.

Whether you're seeking a meaningful way to reconnect with your body, process emotions in a safe space, or step into a more grounded version of yourself — group Sadhu sessions are a chance to do that, together.

What Are Group Sadhu Sessions?

At its core, this is the same immersive Sadhu ritual I guide in private sessions with breathwork, intention setting, physical standing on the Sadhu Boards, and emotional release. But in a group format, there’s an added dimension: collective energy.

You don’t just feel your own courage; you feel others standing with you. And somehow, that makes it easier to keep going.

These sessions are open to everyone: individuals can join an open group I host once or twice a month, or you can gather your own circle: friends, family, colleagues, or a team. Whether you're five or ten, what matters is the intention to show up fully.

What Happens During a Session?

Group sessions follow the same deep ritual as individual ones, only adapted for collective space. Here’s a simplified overview:

  • Introduction & History. A short story about the origins of Sadhu Boards and why this practice is both ancient and relevant.

  • Reactions & Benefits. What your body might feel and why it's all okay: from heat to tears, everything is part of the nervous system’s reset.

  • Wheel of Life Reflection. You’ll assess 8 areas of your life (e.g. work, relationships, health, money) to uncover where you’re off balance and what intentions matter most.

  • Grounding Meditation. To calm the nervous system, reconnect with your breath, and drop into your body.

  • Walk of Life. A ritual walk across a path of Sadhu boards while stating your intention aloud — a test of truth and embodiment.

  • 40-Minute Nail Practice. You’ll be standing on the boards together, guided step-by-step through:

    • Breathwork with essential oils

    • Gentle movement & self-massage

    • Energy work & inner child reconnection

    • Emotional release (grief, fear, tension)

    • Intention strengthening & the final “overstepping” ritual

The practice closes in silence and stillness, before we slowly integrate and return to presence — softer, clearer, and more honest with ourselves.

Why Choose a Group?

  • For Shared ExperienceWhether you're a team, a couple, or a circle of friends — doing this together creates a powerful memory. You witness each other, hold space, and support one another's growth.

  • For First-TimersIf you're new to Sadhu Boards, the group energy can help you feel more comfortable. Seeing others go through the same process is encouraging and reassuring.

  • For Deeper IntegrationThe collective field often amplifies insights, breakthroughs, and emotional release — and it helps you feel less alone in your experience.

Where & When?

  • Group sessions are offered once or twice per month. A concrete date is selected once at least 5 people have confirmed their availability.

  • Private groups (friends, families, teams) can book a session at a time that works for them.

  • Sessions can be hosted in a studio or at your place — home, office, or retreat location.

  • All Sadhu Boards are provided.

  • I bring the full multi-sensory atmosphere: candles, music, aroma, tea ceremony — so the space feels sacred, grounded, and safe.

A Ritual, Not Just a Workshop

This isn’t just “an event.” It’s a ritual. You don’t need to be spiritual, flexible, or experienced — you only need to show up with honesty.

Whether you walk away with mental clarity, emotional release, or a renewed sense of direction, you will walk away changed. Gently. Powerfully. Together.
