Refund Policy

Gala Sadhu is committed to offering a high-quality, transformational experience for each client. Due to the time, preparation, and limited availability involved in this work, the following refund terms apply to all services.

1. Private Sessions (Individual or Couple)

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours after the booking are eligible for a re-schedule or a refund.

  • Cancellations made 2 weeks before the booking are eligible to 50% refund or a re-schedule if agreed. 

  • Cancelations made within less than 2 weeks prior to the booking are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed. 

  • No-shows are charged in full.

  • You may reschedule your session only once, up to 72 hours before the original appointment.

  • Rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance will be treated as a cancellation unless otherwise agreed.

  • In the event of a medical or family emergency, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Written proof may be requested.

  • If the session is cancelled by the practitioner, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

2. Session Packages​

  • Packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used.

  • If no sessions have been used, a refund may be considered, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Sessions within a package must be scheduled and used within 6 or 12 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Rescheduling of individual sessions within a package follows the same policy as above (only once, 72 hour prior notice).

  • Missed or cancelled sessions without appropriate notice are counted as used and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Packages are non-transferable unless written permission is granted by the practitioner.

3. Workshops, Events, and Group Rituals

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event / place.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event (or on-site, if previously agreed).

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the 50% deposit.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, unless your spot can be filled from a waitlist.

  • You may request to transfer your booking to another person, subject to approval.

  • If the event is canceled by the practitioner, a full refund will be offered.

4. Digital Products & Gift Cards

  • At this time, no digital products are sold. If offered in the future, digital content purchases will be non-refundable.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for use within 12 months of purchase.

5. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No refunds or partial refunds are provided.

  • Missed sessions without notice are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.

6. Health-Related Refunds

  • Clients must disclose any contraindications before booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.

  • If a contraindication is discovered after booking but before the session, and you provide medical documentation, a full or partial refund may be offered.

7. How Refunds Are Issued

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
