These terms apply to all purchases and bookings made via Sadhu Boards.

Services Offered

• Private and group Sadhu Board sessions

• Digital gift cards

• Custom workshops or retreats (on request)

Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. A credit card processing fee may be applied at checkout if selected.

Booking & Cancellation

• Clients may reschedule their session once, free of charge, if done in advance.

• Cancellations or changes within 72 hours of booking are eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 1 week before the scheduled session are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

• No-shows or late arrivals (15+ minutes) will result in session cancellation or reduction, without refund.

Right of Withdrawal

Digital services (sessions) are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right once the service has been provided or confirmed within that period.

Liability

Sadhu Boards is not liable for:

• Client misuse of the boards or tools

• Emotional or physical reactions during or after sessions

• Website errors, bugs, or third-party tool failures

Dispute Resolution

In accordance with French law, clients may request mediation in case of unresolved disputes. For EU clients, disputes may also be submitted online via the European Commission ODR Platform.
