These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by Sadhu Boards by Gala. By booking a session or interacting with this site, you agree to the following terms:

​

1. Services Offered

Sadhu Boards by Gala provides:

  • Private and group Sadhu Board sessions

  • Breathwork rituals

  • Retreat and corporate collaborations

  • Holistic wellness guidance

All services are offered for personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via the booking form or approved email communication.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: Stripe, ApplePay, bank transfer, cash. 

  • Pricing is listed clearly and may vary based on session type and location.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Single Sessions​

    • Cancellations made within 72 hours after the booking are eligible for a re-schedule or a refund.

    • Cancellations made 2 weeks before the booking are eligible to 50% refund or a re-schedule if agreed. 

    • Cancelations made within less than 2 weeks prior to the booking are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed. 

    • No-shows are charged in full.

    • You may reschedule your session only once, up to 72 hours before the original appointment.

    • Rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance will be treated as a cancellation unless otherwise agreed.

    • Exceptions for illness or emergency may be considered on a case-by-case basis.​

  • Packages (multiple sessions purchased in advance):

    • Packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used.

    • Sessions within a package must be scheduled within 6 or 12 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • Rescheduling of individual sessions within a package follows the same policy as above (only once, 72 hour prior notice).

    • Missed or cancelled sessions without appropriate notice are counted as used and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

    • Packages are non-transferable unless agreed in advance.

  • Events, Workshops & Group Rituals

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event / place.

    • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event (or on-site, if previously agreed).

    • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the 50% deposit.

    • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, unless your spot can be filled from a waitlist.

    • You may request to transfer your booking to another person, subject to approval.

    • If the event is canceled by the practitioner, a full refund will be offered.

4. Client Responsibility &  Health Restrictions

By booking a session, you confirm that:

  • You are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate in the Sadhu Board practice.

  • You accept full responsibility for your personal well-being during and after the session.

  • You will inform the practitioner of any health conditions, injuries, or relevant emotional states prior to your session.

  • You understand that results vary and that the transformation depends on your own level of presence, intention, and participation.

Clients must inform the practitioner prior to booking if they are affected by any of the following contraindications:

  • Pregnancy;

  • Breastfeeding;

  • Active menstruation;

  • Diabetes mellitus;

  • Oncological diseases (including current or recent treatment);

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders;

  • Hypertension (high blood pressure);

  • Recent surgeries (within the past 6 months);

  • History of stroke or heart attack (within the past 6 months);

  • Open wounds, cuts, or infections on the feet;

  • Elevated body temperature or fever;

  • Alcohol or drug intoxication (on the day of the session or ongoing).

If any of the above conditions apply, clients must obtain written medical clearance from a licensed physician and send it to the practitioner before the session is confirmed.

​

Failure to disclose relevant health conditions may result in cancellation of the session without refund and releases the practitioner from any responsibility for adverse effects.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information shared before, during, or after a session will be kept strictly confidential, in line with the Privacy Policy.

​

6. Session Conduct

  • The space is sacred. Please arrive 15 min in advance, sober, and present.

  • Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will result in immediate cancellation of the session with no refund.

  • Phones must be turned off or silenced during the session.

  • Clients are invited to fully participate and be open, but are never forced to share or perform.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Sadhu Board sessions may involve physical and emotional discomfort. By booking, you acknowledge that:

  • You are voluntarily participating at your own risk.

  • The practitioner is not liable for any physical or emotional reactions during or after the session.

  • You release the practitioner from liability for any outcomes resulting from your experience.

8. Copyright & Content

All content on this website — including text, images, audio, and session frameworks — is the intellectual property of Gala Sadhu and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
